Children​
(2-11 Years)​

​We offer therapy for children experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, acting out behaviors, impulsivity, inattention, difficulty with school, communication challenges, or difficulty building and maintaining healthy friendships. Children and parents report feeling more able to manage challenging situations, increased confidence in their abilities, and overall reduction of stress.

Parents
(Prenatal-11 Years)​

We offer consultation or individual therapy for parents and parents-to-be to gain effective tools for addressing challenges in raising children and/or to address stressors (from past or present) that are getting in the way of parenting. Parents find that these forms of support help them improve their confidence and effectiveness in parenting and enhances their relationship with their child, while increasing compassion for themselves.

Adults​
​​

 We provide individual therapy to adults in order to address current stressors that may be impacted by the past (e.g., childhood experiences) and/or present circumstances. Often adults experience challenges with concentration, managing worries, feeling effective at work/home, or difficulty within relationships that lead them to seek professional therapeutic services.

Professional &
School Consultation

We offer consultation  to professionals seeking support in addressing children's needs through effective treatment interventions. We also support schools in enhancing classroom settings for optimal learning environments and to increase social-emotional skills for students. 
We provide workshops upon request to support parents and school staff in understanding children's needs and how to address them effectively, while building resiliency and life-long skills.
